He was raised single-handedly by his mom who ran a hair salon to make ends meet. He spent most of his childhood time helping his mom in the salon to ease her workload and spend more time with her.

He started his fitness journey once he got his first job after graduation from University. He found himself passionate in fitness and worked hard to become a fitness instructor in his spare time. He is currently a fitness instructor spending his weekends leading groups of people in exercise classes. Don’t be surprised if you happen to see him on the posters of True Fitness Singapore!
